# Shop Management
Create or edit shop information, e.g. shop name and location code.

Where to setup：OMO Setting -> Shop Management
1. Create Shop
2. Import Shop
3. Edit shop info
4. Delete shop
## Create shop
#### Step 1: Basic Setting
1. Enter the Location Name.
2. Enter the Location Code.
3. Enter the Region (optional). Setting a region makes it easier to filter and manage location information.

**Please note:** If you change the **Location Code** in the future, please make sure to update the following as well:
* Regenerate the **Salesperson Binding Link** and **QR Code**. For details, please refer to [**Export Salesperson QR Code**](/en/features/omo-she-ding/hui-chu-dian-yuan-qr-code.md).
* If you have any **Saved Replies** assigned to a specific location, please open and save them again to refresh the location information.
* If you have any **WhatsApp Message Templates** assigned to a specific location, please open and save them again to refresh the location information.

#### Step 2: Binding Message Setting
**Binding Success Message**
* **Turn off settings** (No message will be sent after the OMO binding is completed)
* **Default** (Configure in [Staff Binding Settings](/en/features/omo-she-ding/omo-bang-ding-she-ding.md))
* **Custom by store** (Text message)
**Binding Additional Message**
* **Turn off settings** (No message will be sent after the OMO binding is completed)

* **Custom by store** (Text message or Message Block)
## Import shop
1. Download the Example file
2. Fill out the shop data and upload the file
3. Click Import

Please upload csv file for importing.\
You can export your excel file into csv format by following steps.
1. Upload the original excel file to Google Drive, open it in Google Sheets
2. Click File -> Download -> Comma-separated values (.csv)
