Chat to Order (For WABA)(Add-on Module)

You have to finish shop management first

Step 1

Open Omnichat APP, click "Chat to Order"

Step 2

1. Select the item that customers want to buy

• Delivery method: Please select the store to pick up

• Payment method: Select pay in stores

• Language of notification: Select English

1. Create order successfully

Step 3

You can check all order in order list

1. Cancel order: You can cancel the order

2. Marked as paid: You can mark as paid after customers paid

3. Order ready: There are three status "Processing", "Ready for pick up" and "Already pick up", you can click here to change
