# Omnichat App

Reply to your customers instantly via your phone, even when you are on the go.

Omnichat App allows you to follow up on the conversations under "Live chat", but **Chatbot events are not currently supported in app**

## How to Download

Please download Omnichat App at:\

You can also search "Omnichat" in the app store and get the app.

## Get Started

#### Step 1: Open the Omnichat App and choose whether you would like to login by E-mail or by phone number. Enter your registered email address or phone number.

#### Step 2: Click "CONTINUE" and you will receive the 6 digit code via E-mail / SMS. Submit the code and select the team you want to log in to.
