# Conversation | Saved Reply

## How to use Saved Reply?

Click the "**Book**" button and the list of Saved Reply will be shown.

You can only see the save replies applicable to your role. (For example, specific permissions / branch store / only yourself)

1. The saved replies can be searched by titles or keywords
2. The saved replies can be searched by Tags
3. You can click "Manage Saved Replies" to edit / delete / create the saved reply, for details, please refer to ["Manage Saved replies"](/en/features/customer-service-setting/conversation-setting/saved-replies.md)

Select the saved reply you need, it will be automatically pasted in the message box.

After clicking the saved reply, it can be confirmed on the preview page, and modification is allowed if needed. Once you press "Send," the message will be directly sent to the consumer.
