You can send "Product Referral Link" to customers via Omnichat's website or App. 2\. The "Product Referral Link" feature can apply to the conversations on Website live chat, Facebook, LINE, WhatsApp and Instagram. 3\. This feature will include "[Product Feed](/en/features/she-ding/shang-chuan-chan-pin-mu-lu-product-feed.md)" which will be automatically updated every day. 4\. Agents can send the "Product Referral Link" or manually input the product link in the message box, in either way, sales performance can be tracked when the purchase is completed. 5\.
