# Conversation | Send Photos / Videos / Audios / Documents

Through Omnichat, you can send messages with photos / videos / audios / documents to your customers for better communication.

## Supported File Types

Omnichat supports the following file types of each messaging channel:

| Messaging channel | Photo | Video | Audio | Document | Size Limit |
| ----------------- | ----- | ----- | ----- | -------- | ---------- |
| **Website chat**  | ✔     | **✕** | **✕** | **✕**    | 10MB       |
| **Facebook**      | ✔     | ✔     | ✔     | ✔        | 8MB        |
| **LINE**          | ✔     | ✔     | ✔     | **✕**    | 10MB       |
| **WhatsApp**      | ✔     | ✔     | ✔     | ✔        | 64MB       |

* Recommended Facebook image file size is less than or equal to **1 MB**
* Line supports MOV / MP4 video format

## Instructions

Click "**＋"** and select the file type. To send a photo, please click the button on the left of the "**＋**".
