# WhatsApp Sticker Pack

WhatsApp Sticker Packs allow you to send custom stickers to your customers, adding personality and visual flair to your conversations. This feature requires the purchase of the Stickers add-on for your WhatsApp Business API account connected to Omnichat.

## Uploading a Sticker Pack

1. Navigate to Advanced Automation > WhatsApp Sticker Pack.
2. Once there, click "+ WhatsApp Sticker Pack" on the top right to begin adding your sticker pack.

3. Start naming your sticker pack and begin uploading the images for your sticker pack.

**Rules to ensure success in uploading your sticker packs:**

* The background should be transparent.
* The size should be 512 x 512 pixels.
* The Static Sticker file size should be less than 100 KB
* The Animated Sticker file size should be less than 500KB.
* The file format should be WebP

4. Once you have uploaded all your stickers, click "Create".

5. Your list of stickers will appear on the front page of the WhatsApp Sticker Pack module. You can also edit or delete your stickers as you see fit.

6. Congratulations, you have successfully uploaded your stickers!

## Troubleshooting

* **Problem:** I can't see the "Stickers" option.
  * **Solution:** Ensure that you have purchased and enabled the Stickers add-on for your WhatsApp Business Account.
* **Problem:** My sticker pack won't upload.
  * **Solution:** Check that your sticker images are in PNG format, are the correct dimensions (512x512 pixels), and have transparent backgrounds. Ensure your tray icon is also correctly formatted (PNG, 96x96 pixels). Verify that your sticker pack file is not corrupted. Consult WhatsApp's sticker guidelines for more details. *(Link to guidelines if available)*
* **Problem:** My stickers are not displaying correctly in the chat.
  * **Solution:** Check the image formatting again. Test sending other stickers to see if the issue is with a specific sticker or the entire pack.
