# Application of Rich Menu
If you want your LINE official account more unique, Omnichat can help you more, let's try it together!
### Tip 1: Bring the guest back to the website from the LINE official account and complete the "binding"
Target audience: The old customers who join your LINE official account, but the contact has not subscribed yet

1. The customer, who through the "Subscription button" to complete the binding, will not receive the "Binding Succeed reminder"\
If you want to attract the customers backing to the website and complete the "binding" by providing the discount code, you can design a bot button for returning the guest to the "Discount code" page of the official website to let them receive the discount code.
2. This method is used to bind the guest's **LINE community identity** and **LINE's built-in browser**

#### Step 1: Setting the Bot, and paste the completed official website URL to that bot's button

The Bot button's URL cannot be URL shortened, URL redirection, or short URL, to avoid failing the binding\
If you want to add a URL, please add it together with the URL parameter.

#### Step 2: Create the Rich Menu and select Bot in the "Define Action", then click "Publish"
#### Step 3: When the customers visit the LINE official account, they can return to the website to complete the binding by clicking the Rich Menu
### Tip 2: Let LINE's friends interact with the game directly through Rich Menu
Click "Action" -> "Copy game link ", pasted the game's link to the Rich Menu for the customer to start the game
### Tip 3: Binding the membership card to LINE Rich Menu (limited to 91App users)
Through Bot Builder link up the button of Omnichat chatbot's block to "@My Membership Card" or "@Shipping Progress" Chatbot's block. When the customers use the "91App member binding " feature, the LINE Official Account's Rich Menu can check the membership information and the shipping status directly!
### Tip 4: Use the Secondary menu to diversify your LINE Rich Menu
When a new campaign launch and need an Rich Menu for promotion, but want to keep the original menu?
You can use "Main menu" and "Secondary menu" to execute the setting
#### Step 1: Set the main menu first (the first menu the customer will get after they visit the LINE official account)
Because the Secondary menu is not yet been created, so you can press "Save" as a draft first.
#### Step 2: Setting the Secondary menu (the second page of the Rich Menu)

1. Please link up with the Main menu
2. Remember to set the button to return to the main menu in "Draft Action"
3. Click "Publish" after completing the setting to make sure the Secondary menu in the "Progress" status

#### Step 3: Back to the Rich Menu list and edit (click the pencil logo) the Main menu again. Select "Switching Rich Menu" under "Define Action", also choosing the preset related Secondary menu and click "Publish"
#### Step 4: You can go to the LINE official account to review the Rich Menu
