# LINE Rich Menu
Through Omnichat Admin, create LINE Rich Menu, which can match the Interactive Games and the built bot! Let's follow the step here to set up!
1. LINE Official Account (Required): Select to create the Rich Menu for which LINE OA official account
2. Rich Menu Name (Required): Named for this Rich Menu, which will not display to the customer's side (Maximum of 300 characters)
3. Menu Type (Required): Main menu means the first Rich Menu appears when customer visits the LINE official account; the Secondary menu means the next Rich Menu
4. Enable Time:\
→ New: It can show up the under the LINE official account immediately\
→ Schedule: Can create and match with the other marketing campaign, to set the start time and end time
* Default: All customers no matter bounding or not can see
* Select Subscription bounding: Customers who have been bounded can see
* OMO: If your plan includes OMO feature, customers who have been bounded to shop or employee can see
* ***OMO*** and ***Subscription bounding*** will not appear at the same time
5. Enable Time:\

→ Schedule: Can create and match with the other marketing campaign, to set the start time and end time
5\. Default display： When the customers enter the LINE official account, the Rich Menu will be expanded or hided
6\. Setting the Rich Menu template
7\. Edit the display text content of menu bar, and you can further confirm the template on preview area (maximum of 15 characters)
8\. Upload file: the image format should be 2500x1686 pixel, which is JPEG/ JPG/ PNG, and the file size should be 1 MB
9\. Define action: Three actions are available, "Text message", "Open URL" and "Chatbot"

1. If select the Secondary menu, you need to select the related Main menu
2. Can create more than one Secondary Rich Menu
3. If you select the Secondary menu and the starting time was "New", the default display must be expanded
4. If you set "Permanent" and "Scheduling" menu at the same time, once the "Scheduling" ends it will switch to "Permanent"

6. Rich Menu Name (Required): Named for this Rich Menu, which will not display to the customer's side (Maximum of 300 characters)
7. Secondary menu: When creating the Secondary menu, you need to link with the related Main menu
8. The Menu can be displayed to the bounding customers or unbounding customers
* Default: All customers no matter bounding or not can see
* Select Subscription bounding: Customers who have been bounded can see
* OMO: If your plan includes OMO feature, customers who have been bounded to shop or employee can see
* ***OMO*** and ***Subscription bounding*** will not appear at the same time

13. Define action: Three actions are available, "Text message", "Open URL" and "Chatbot"
* Text Message
* Open URL: Fill in the URL starting with "https\://"
* Chatbot: The Text message is the content displayed to the customers after they click the bot button, which is non required. Also, maximum of five Tags can be added and it is also optional.
* Transfer to the other Rich Menu
1. Search: Can search by the Rich Menu name
2. Name: The name of the Rich Menu, which is only displayed in the backend system
3. Starting time: Displayed the scheduled time or permanently activated
4. Menu type: Divided into Secondary and Main. The action behind the secondary menu can only be paused and cannot be stopped
5. Main Menu conditions: It will appear if set as subscription bounding
6. Status: There are 5 statuses, "Draft", "Scheduling", "In Progress", "Pause" and "End"
7. Action:
* Edit: Can enter different Rich Menu for editing
* Pause & End: If you want to **change the activate time,** please click "Pause" / "End" then edit the content
* Delete: Can delete the preset Rich Menu
* Statistic: You can view click statistics

After copying the text menu, the name of the text menu is "Copy of original LINE text menu name" and the status is draft

### Click Statisic
* The old menu needs to be republished to start counting clicks and CTR
* Clicks and CTR can only be seen when menu is in published or pauesd other
* CTR: click / All clicks of single menu
* If the block is edited, the old and new data will be accumulated in the same block
* To avoid data confusion, it is recommended to copy the menu before editing
* It is not supported to count text message currently

1. If you already set the Rich Menu in the LINE OA system, and you also set Rich Menu in Omnichat Admin, the **execution priority will be the Omnichat one.**
2. Due to setting the Rich Menu through Messaging API, the customers may see the difference in the menu on their side. So Omnichat recommends selecting one side to set up the Rich Menu to avoid confusion!

### Step 1: Create new Rich Menu
### Step 2: Set up the Rich Menu
1. LINE Official Account (Required): Select to create the Rich Menu for which LINE OA official account
2. Rich Menu Name (Required): Named for this Rich Menu, which will not display to the customer's side (Maximum of 300 characters)
3. Menu Type (Required): Main menu means the first Rich Menu appears when customer visits the LINE official account; the Secondary menu means the next Rich Menu
4. Conditions: Default means every customer will see the same Rich Menu; Subscription means customers who had already connected to the website can see the different type of tich menu
5. Enable Time:\
→ New: It can show up the under the LINE official account immediately\
→ Schedule: Can create and match with the other marketing campaign, to set the start time and end time

1. Scheduling the enable time cannot overlap with other scheduled Rich Menu menu
2. The scheduled start time and end time should preset more than one minute later than the current time
For example, It is 12/28 11:30am now, the scheduled start time should set after 12/28 11:31am, the the end time cannot earlier than the start time
3. Please design the Main menu then design the Secondary one

***Custom Layout: You can custom the Rich Menu template on the preview area, and the Define Actions' English order will according to the English order of preview page***

9\. Upload file: the image format should be 2500x1686 pixel, which is JPEG/ JPG/ PNG, and the file size should be 1 MB

Currently support one format only and no other LINE OA background template formate are supported

10\. Define action: Three actions are available, "Text message", "Open URL" and "Chatbot"
* Text Message
* Open URL: Fill in the URL starting with "https\://"
* Chatbot: The Text message is the content displayed to the customers after they click the bot button, which is non required. Also, a maximum of five Tags can be added and it is also optional.
* Switching to the other Rich Menu

Remark: The three actions of Rich Menu, only **the "Chatbot" can support added Tags**, and the other two actions (Text message and Open URL) do not support Tagging

If you select to create a new Main menu, there will be no associated Secondary menu to select on the "Define action" the first time and a pop-up message to inform you of the next step
### Step 3: Setting Completed
After the Rich Menu is finished, please choose "Save" or "Publish"
1. "Save": The Rich Menu will save as "Draft" and you can return to the menu list and click the pencil button to edit the content again
2. "Publish": The Rich Menu will be "Scheduling", and the scheduling Rich Menu cannot adjust the scheduled time and save the further setting which can only publish the updated content directly. If you want to edit the starting time, you need to pause or end the Rich Menu first

3. If you select the Secondary menu and the starting time was "New", the default display must be expanded

#### Link up the Main menu will appear in three situations:
1. If you want to create a Secondary menu, you need to create one Main menu first. If no Main menu can be selected, the related remain message will be displayed
2. The error message as the related Main menu has not been selected yet
3. If you created the Main menu already, you can select the related Main menu here
## Rich Menu List

**No matter the Main menu or Secondary menu, as long as it is status of "scheduled" / "In Progress", the menu type and starting time cannot be changed. Only the status in "Draft" / "Paused" / "Ended" can be edited.**

**If you need to Pause, End, or Delete the** Rich Menu**, the pop-up message will remind you that the Secondary menu will be Pause, End, or Delete at the same time (The status according to the Main menu)**

After copying the rich menu, the name will be "Copy of the xxxx" and will be draft

### Click statistics
* The old rich menu needs to be republished if you want to count click statistic & click statistic rate
* The rich menu in paused, ended, in progress can see the click statistic & click statistic rate
* Click statistic rate = click statistic/ All click statistic
* Click statistic will be counted by block, if you edit the block, old and new data are accumulated in the same block
* To avoid the mess data, it is recommended to copy the menu before editing
* Text messages can't be counted click statistic currently
## Remark on Creating Rich Menu
#### Operations of Rich Menu list
* You need to confirm the pausing Rich Menu's type. If you need to pause, end, or delete the Rich Menu, a reminder pop-up message will inform you that the related Secondary messages will be Pause, End, or Delete at the same time (The status according to the Main menu)
#### Published the Rich Menu
* If publish or schedule the Main menu on "Paused/Ended" status, the system will check the status of the related Secondary menu
* If the Secondary menu is not "In Progress" status, the reminder message will pop up when publishing the Main menu to publish all the related Secondary menus first then publishing the Main menu
* Before the scheduled time, if the Secondary menu pauses manually, the Rich Menu cannot be published normally when the scheduled time is reached. Also, the Main menu status will be changed to "Pause".

1. Whether the Main menu is only scheduled Main menu
2. Whether the status of the related Secondary menu is not "Paused/Ended"
