# LINE Imagemap Message

The following are the steps to set up an "Imagemap message"

## Step 1: Select a Layout

1. Unable to display transparent background, format must be JPEG, JPG, PNG.
2. Allowed image dimensions:\
   \- Square template: 1040 x 1040 px\
   \- Custom template: aspect ratio cannot exceed 3, maximum width 1040 px, maximum height 3120 px.\
   \- File size limit: 10 MB.

## Step 2: Define actions

URL, video, and text message fields are required, while tag field is optional.

1. When you need to automatically label a message after clicking on an Imagemap, please enter the label name in the "Tag" field.
2. Automatic tagging can be achieved when the URL is a shortened or redirected link, or when the URL is not a webpage with the Omnichat website plugin.
3. Only one action can be a video, and when one action is a video, the other actions cannot be selected as videos.
4. The video action can support displaying text on the action button, linking to a URL, and automatically adding a tag after clicking the action.

1. Text message: Set the message content to be sent after clicking, which can be used with "[Keyword AutoReply](/en/features/marketing/keyword-autoreply.md)".
2. URL can be set, but no other text can be included.
3. Video\
   "Upload Video" button: Upload video files.\
   "Action Button Label": Set the label of the video button.\
   Link URL and the tag that will be attached after clicking the button. When creating a tag, be sure to press the "Enter" key to make the original text appear in blue on a white background, so that the tag is successfully created.

## Step 3: Set the topic and preview title

1. You can customize the new message notification that appears when their LINE receives an Imagemap message.
2. Omnichat provides an "Edit" field that allows users to customize the preview title of the message.
3. The "Chat list preview title" field has a character limit of 100 characters.

1. Name\
   You can use it when selecting in the "[Bot Builder](/en/features/marketing/chatbot-builder/chatbot-setting/chatbot-or-line-only.md)" list.
2. Preview title on customer massage bar\
   \- You can customize the new message notification that appears when their LINE receives an Imagemap message.\
   \- The "Chat list preview title" field has a character limit of 100 characters.

## Step 4: Click the "Save" button to complete the setup!
