# Chatbot | WhatsApp Only

1. **WhatsApp currently does not support the URL function, so the buttons are directed to 'Chatbot Block and 'Tag'.**
2. **If you need a limited chatbot, please add a new chatbot and select 'Only WhatsApp'!**

### 1. Image card

WhatsApp supports the caption function, and the description can be edited below the image.

### 2. Option list card

The 'Option list' card has the same function as the 'Quick reply' card. Enter the title and then enter the name for the button.

You can add explanatory content for the option buttons below. When the consumer clicks one of the buttons, they will be directed to the conversation module you specified. Maximum 10 buttons can be created for each Option list card.

### 3. Sticker pack card

After adding the card, select the sticker pack and click 'save'.

If the sticker pack is deleted, the notification 'This sticker pack has been deleted' will be shown in the card."

### The size specifications of WhatsApp Stickers

Notice:\
There are some size and format restrictions. A reminder message will be popped up when the size or format is wrong, so please pay attention to the following:\
**1. Transparent background is required**\
**2. The image dimensions should be 512 x 512 px**\
**3. The file size should be < 100 KB**\
**4. The image format must be webp**
