# Chatbot

Omnichat supports DIY Chatbot, which can be used on Website live chat or apply to other Omnichat features

## Create a new Chatbot on the Chatbot

Once you select the platform, you cannot change it. When you duplicate the chatbot, it will also duplicate the platform you choose which cannot be changed.

2. You can Rename, Delete and Duplicate the Chatbot
