# Option List Card (WhatsApp Only)

Supported Platforms: WhatsApp

The "Option list" card functions the same as the "[Quick reply](https://en-docs.omnichat.ai/~/changes/332/features/marketing/bot-builder-2.0/quick-reply-card)" card. You can add a short description for each option button below. When a consumer clicks a button, they'll be taken to the block you set.

This card has 3 required sections for setup:

#### 1. Text

Maximum length: 4096 characters.

Text section supports emojis and variables. Please note that this feature is not supported in Webchat or multi-platform setups.

#### 2. Option List Name (for the buttons below)

Enter a name to categorize the buttons below.

#### 3. Button

You can add 1\~10 buttons in this card.

This section has 3 editable parts:

1. **Button Name and Description:** A button name is required, while the description is optional. Emojis and variables are supported in the description.

2. **Actions Upon Clicking:** Clicking the button will take customers to the designated card. You can also set it to a [system default blocks](https://en-docs.omnichat.ai/~/changes/332/features/marketing/bot-builder-2.0/system-default-block).
3. **Additional Actions**
   1. **Add Tag:** When the customer clicks the button, it will add the preset tag to the customer automatically.
   2. **Save as Custom Attribute:**
      1. When the customer clicks the button, it will add the preset custom attribute to the customer automatically.
