# OmniLink Card

Supported Platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LINE, WhatsApp

Before editing the OmniLink Card, go to "Social Subscription Management"> "Cross Channel Connector (OmniLink)" to set up a campaign first.

Once set up, you can select the desired campaign from the dropdown menu in the OmniLink Card.

You can also set up the OmniLink Card first and click "Go to add a new campaign" to create one.

Once you select a preset campaign, the block will display the Source and Target channels you've set. The flowchart section will show how the block is shown to customers.

**Important Notes When Using This Card:**

* When customers click the card button, they will be redirected to another channel, and the messages will be sent there. Their identities and data will also be linked and collected across channels.
* If this card is sent to a channel without an integration campaign, the system won’t be able to send it. Other cards in the block will still be delivered as usual.
