# Coupon Card

Supported Platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LINE, WhatsApp, Abandoned Cart Remarking

Before editing the Coupon card, go to "Coupons" to set up a coupon first.

Once set up, you can select the desired coupon from the dropdown menu in the Coupon card.

You can also set up the Coupon card first and click "Add coupon" to create one.

**Important Notes When Using This Card:**

* A random serial number will be selected from the chosen coupon to send to the customer.
* If the distribution period of the coupon hasn't started yet, or the period has already ended, or all coupons have been claimed, the coupon card won't be sent. Other cards in the same chatbot block will still be sent to the customers as usual. To prevent this, please make sure you've set enough coupons and the correct distribution period.
