{% hint style="warning" %}
Abandoned Cart Remarketing Chatbots do not support the duplication feature
{% endhint %}

When duplicating a bot, please review the Applicable Cards for Each Platform section below, and keep the following rules in mind:

* **Draft Status:** Duplicated chatbots will initially be saved in Draft status.
* **Platform Limitations:** Due to varying restrictions across platforms, you may encounter errors if the destination platform does not support certain features from the original bot. You must reconfigure these incompatible settings before you can successfully save and publish the bot.

#### **Potential Platform Differences & Errors**

You may need to manually reconfigure the following elements if they are not supported by the destination platform:

* **Unsupported Cards:** The card type from the original bot is not applicable to the new platform.
* **Button Limits:** The button text exceeds character limits, or the number of buttons exceeds the platform's maximum allowance.
* **WhatsApp Restrictions:** WhatsApp does not support having both a "Reply Module" and an "Open URL" button at the same time.
* **Media Size:** The video file size exceeds the destination platform's limits.
* The following configuration options will be automatically cleared if they are incompatible with the destination platform:
  * "Share with LINE Friends" buttons.
  * Triggered "External Chatbots" or "System Default Blocks".
  * OmniLink card sources that do not match the destination platform.
  * Conditions used within a "Conditional Reply".
    * Loyalty and membership features including "Accumulated Points" and "Point Balance".
    * "Mobile Number Binding" and "91APP Member Binding"

#### **Auto-Removed Settings (No Reconfiguration Required)**

If you are duplicating a bot to the Webchat Plugin, the following settings will be automatically removed by the system without triggering any configuration errors:

* URL button tagging.
* Image click tagging.

### 3. Editing [Block](#edit-block-details) & [Card](#edit-card-details) Details

<figure><img src="https://2848678129-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F3u2I1osIy6mEi07X1z46%2Fuploads%2Fg2JKP1HsAc6HZgVj1ejO%2Fchatbot%20setting%20add%20block.png?alt=media&amp;token=672deb32-047d-40f9-af85-ed9b6a395f4a" alt="" width="375"><figcaption><p>Add Block</p></figcaption></figure>

**Add Block:** After clicking the **+** button mentioned in point 2a. above, you can add two types of cards to the block:

1. **Regular Card:** You can add cards applicable to the selected platform.
2. **Live Chat Card:** Once customers click this card, they will be directed to a live support agent. This means the conversation will move to "Live Chat" and cannot revert to the "Chatbot".

{% hint style="info" %}
Live Chat Cards differ from Regular cards in the following ways:

* The name of this card is fixed and cannot be modified.
* This card can be deleted but not duplicated, and other cards cannot be added.
* Only one text card is allowed within every block.
* Only one Live Chat card can be used in the entire flow.
  {% endhint %}

#### Edit Block Details

**Block**

A block is a part of a chatbot flow that holds one or more cards. It helps organize messages and actions to keep the flow running smoothly.

<mark style="color:red;">**For example:**</mark>

<div align="left"><figure><img src="https://2848678129-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F3u2I1osIy6mEi07X1z46%2Fuploads%2FyGH39C2UbDNHhtKzqchN%2FBlock.png?alt=media&amp;token=3bf9940c-6881-4ddd-810f-1f4802bfc7c8" alt="" width="292"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

Above "Welcome Message" block includes 3 cards:

* an Image Card (displaying company logo),
* a Text Card (greeting customers), and
* an User Input Card (asking customers' personal info).

Here's a quick look at the block interface:

<div align="left"><figure><img src="https://2848678129-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F3u2I1osIy6mEi07X1z46%2Fuploads%2FrYxf803bmAttGhBD1NoJ%2FEdit%20Block.png?alt=media&amp;token=42b794ad-5e73-45dd-b241-7b1cff44670f" alt="" width="375"><figcaption><p>Edit Block Details</p></figcaption></figure></div>

1. **Name of the Block:** You can edit the block's name here.
2. **Displaying the card type:** Display the type of card.
3. **More:** Click the hamburger icon to access the following options:

* Expand all message cards: Expand details for all cards.
* Collapse all message cards: Collapse details for all cards.
* Copy: Duplicate the block with all card details.
* Delete: Remove the block with all card details.
* Copy Block ID

4. **Adding Message Card**: There are two ways to add a message card:
   1. **From the "Add New Message Card" button below**: Click the button to add a new card.
   2. **From between existing cards**: Hover between two cards to see a + icon, then click it to add a new card.

<div align="center"><figure><img src="https://2848678129-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F3u2I1osIy6mEi07X1z46%2Fuploads%2F4bkqZSXzUw9vPx0j7juQ%2Fadd%20cards%202.png?alt=media&amp;token=e7d953b6-de14-4c73-9dfa-38f867c56fe5" alt="" width="344"><figcaption><p>Hover between two cards to add a new card</p></figcaption></figure></div>

#### Editing Card Details

**Card**

A card is a message or an action within a block. It can be text, an image, a coupon, or other interactive features.

{% hint style="warning" %}
**Buttons** in **WhatsApp** chatbot cards have an **expiration period of 90 days:**

If a button is clicked after this period, the data has already expired, so it will no longer function.
{% endhint %}

To ensure a seamless customer experience, we provide various cards to enhance customer interactions.

For an overview of all card types, please refer to [here](https://en-docs.omnichat.ai/~/changes/332/features/marketing/bot-builder-2.0/applicable-cards-for-each-channel).

Let's take a look at how the card interface works:

<div align="left"><figure><img src="https://2848678129-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F3u2I1osIy6mEi07X1z46%2Fuploads%2F0FaT36xdk63FrBw7Bwnw%2FEdit%20Card.png?alt=media&amp;token=20f5c97a-43e8-49bc-aeac-a05db8329dc9" alt="" width="375"><figcaption><p>Edit Card Details</p></figcaption></figure></div>

1. **Collapse Card:** Click the arrow icon to collapse a single card’s details.
2. **Delete:** Click the trash can icon to remove a specific card.

{% hint style="info" %}
**How to move cards in Block:** Drag and drop a card to reposition it.
{% endhint %}

<figure><img src="https://2848678129-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F3u2I1osIy6mEi07X1z46%2Fuploads%2F0dyeDeGCRbYEvmaQ241l%2Freposition.gif?alt=media&amp;token=140b569e-1f8b-453a-ae78-928620991b18" alt="" width="375"><figcaption><p>Drag and drop to reposition cards</p></figcaption></figure>

### 4. Navigating Between Blocks

You can jump to the next block, return to the previous block, or go to a block in another chatbot.

There are two ways to navigate to the next or previous block:

1. **Hover over the connection line.**\
   A tooltip will show the names of the previous and next blocks connected to it.

<figure><img src="https://2848678129-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F3u2I1osIy6mEi07X1z46%2Fuploads%2FkoNfFec9A6SsI8FqcAl9%2Fhover%20over.gif?alt=media&amp;token=b57cb1b7-4ba9-4c82-bf73-32c386ce900f" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

2. **Click the connection line.**\
   A dropdown menu will appear with navigation options.

<figure><img src="https://2848678129-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F3u2I1osIy6mEi07X1z46%2Fuploads%2Fuxx8RsgZEL8dH27dbdai%2Fnext%20and%20previous.gif?alt=media&amp;token=43be9185-071f-4b99-97cb-7647a86c5e54" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

You may also jump to a block in another chatbot (external bot). Clicking it will open the external bot's editor in a new browser tab.

<figure><img src="https://2848678129-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F3u2I1osIy6mEi07X1z46%2Fuploads%2Fs8F5hCaFYSbgTVh9rXUl%2Fanother%20tab.gif?alt=media&amp;token=8538be6e-158b-44b3-9111-e41b16339164" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>
