# Abandoned Cart Message Card

Supported Platforms: Facebook, LINE

Before setting up an Abandoned Cart message, we recommend referring to the Abandoned Cart Remarketing [introduction](/en/features/marketing-automation/abandoned-cart-remarketing-add-on-module.md) for a better understanding of its features.

### Setting Up the Abandoned Cart Message Card <a href="#setting-up-the-abandoned-cart-message" id="setting-up-the-abandoned-cart-message"></a>

1. Go to the Abandoned Cart Remarketing [page](https://console.omnichat.ai/abandoned-cart#line) and select the designated channel from the upper bar: Facebook or LINE. We'll use LINE as the target channel in the example below:

2. Click the "Edit" button to open the settings page:

3. To start the setup process, turn on the toggle for the first message.
4. Set the time for the first message, which will be triggered when a customer adds the intended purchase to the cart but hasn't checked out.\
   Choose how long the system should wait before sending it, and make sure to set a time greater than 5 minutes to save your settings.

   **E.g.,** If you set the time to 30 minutes, the customer will receive the message 30 minutes after adding an item to their cart without checking out.

**For Facebook**, make sure the time does not exceed 24 hours due to the messaging limit. Customers can only receive messages if they are sent within this 24-hour window.

5. To start editing the message card, click "Edit Block" in the message section. You'll be directed to the designated block.

6. Abandoned Cart Message Card consists of two sections:
   1. **Upper Section:** Displays product details, including the image, product name, and price from your [Product Feed](https://en-docs.omnichat.ai/features/she-ding/shang-chuan-chan-pin-mu-lu-product-feed). This section is not editable since the data is pulled directly from the Product Feed.
   2. **Lower Section:** Contains a button that directs customers to the product page. The button name can be edited.

7. You may also add other cards, such as a coupon card to the block, to encourage customers to complete their checkout!

7. After finishing the edits and saving the block, return to the Abandoned Cart Remarketing [setting page](https://console.omnichat.ai/abandoned-cart/line#message-setting), click refresh, and select the block from the dropdown menu.

8. If needed, you can turn on the toggle for the second message and set it up by following the instructions from Step 3. Omnichat provides two message setup sections by default, but you can add more, up to a maximum of 4 messages. To add a third or fourth message, click "Add Message" below.

**Important Notes When Using This Card:**

* Only one channel can be active at a time. If you enable Facebook, LINE and WhatsApp will be disabled, and the same applies when enabling LINE or WhatsApp.
* This card can be set up on either Facebook or LINE, and the layout and setup process are the same on both platforms.
* Setting up Abandoned Cart Messages on WhatsApp doesn't require cards. Instead, you'll need to use WhatsApp templates.
