Omnichat offers a DIY chatbot that integrates with your website live chat and platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and LINE. Our platform includes customizable features to help you build effective customer interactions and streamline communication with your audience.

We first launched Chatbot 1.0 to help you create your own chatbots. Now with Chatbot 2.0, the experience is even more seamless and user-friendly. It also comes with new features that make building powerful, efficient bots easier than ever.

### What's New in Chatbot 2.0

With Chatbot 2.0, you get a clear view of your chatbot's flow. You can map out the entire conversation journey to see how customers will interact with your bot.

This visual representation helps you ensure each message, button, and action is positioned for a smooth experience. Whether you're building simple responses or complex workflows, managing your chatbot's flow is now more intuitive.
