If you want to pause or stop the campaign, please click "Disable"
Set the Rules Settings

By setting the rules, you can select which pages to trigger the campaign. When customers visit the specific pages and match the rules, the campaign will be automatically triggered.
All Pages: All pages with Omnichat plugin installed
Special Pages: Special pages that contain the plugin
Example 1:

Take the above case as an example:
When the visited URL is www.abc.com/about or www.abc.com/product, the campaign will be triggered
Example 2:

Take the above case as an example:
When the visited URL is www.abc.com/about/product, the campaign will be triggered
If the visited URL is www.abc.com/product/omnichat, the campaign will not be triggered as the rules only matched the rule "product"
When creating "Special pages", there are some URL rules can be used
"URL is", "URL contains" and "URL does not contain" can be set for "Special pages"

URL is: Set the complete URL, and the campaign will be triggered only when the customer visit the specific URL
URL contains: Set the Keywords of the URL, and the campaign will be triggered when the visited URL includes the specific keyword
URL does not contain: Set the Keywords of the URL, and the campaign will be triggered when the visited URL does not include the specific keyword
The usage of URL does not contain:
If you do not want to display remarketing messages on some specific types of pages , then you may use URL does not contain.
For example, you want to display remarketing messages on all pages, except specific URL including the keyword product. You can select "Special pages" > "URL does not contain" and input product.
Number and duration of visits

Total visit times: The total number of the page visits which are matched with the above settings
Stay time to trigger action: How long will the customers stay at the specific URL to trigger the remarketing campaign (that customers need to meet the total visit times first)
According to the above example:
When the total visit time is set as 1 time, as long as customers visit one of the specific pages "for the first time", both two conditions of the "Special pages" and "Total visit times" will be matched. When customers stay at that specific URL for more than 5 seconds, and this marketing campaign will be triggered. Even customers stay for more than 5 seconds in the second visit, the campaign will not be triggered. If the total visit time is set as 1 time or above, the first and further visits will be included. When customers stay for more than 5 seconds in the second visit, the campaign will be triggered.
Exclude customers who visit below pages
If you want to exclude customers who visit specific pages from remarketing messages, you can set the "Exclude customers visit below pages"
You can set one or multiple keywords or URLs, as long as customers meet one of the rules, the campaign will not be triggered again within the campaign period
The most common situation: When your remarketing campaign is to send the promotion code, you may want to exclude the customers who had already checked out. So, you will need to exclude all the customers who visit the checkout page.
You can input your checkout URL or keyword on the "Exclude customers visit below pages"
