# Application of Marketing Campaign

## Website Marketing Campaign (Website Message)

Website Marketing Message is like an additional advertising space. You can display different content according to different rules. Let's get started!

### Website Marketing Campaign | Text

#### Example 1:

> ***When the customer visits the specific URL, the message will send to the customer through Website live chat (the plugin in the bottom right corner of the website)***
>
> *URL is: Your product page URL*
>
> *The text content: **Checkout now to enjoy 20% off***
>
> *Stay Time:* **15 seconds**
>
> *Visit Time:* **2 times or above**

#### Example 2:

> ***When the customer visits the specific URL and matches the rules, automatically send the promotion message through Website live chat***

> *URL rules: **Contains the word** "product"*
>
> *The text content: All items 10% off*
>
> *Stay Time:* **5 seconds**
>
> *Visit Time:* **2 times or above**

The preset message will not be displayed when the URL without "product"

The video and text message "Click the video to see how to buy!" will display on the top of Website live chat

## Add Tags on Customer

According to customers' browsing behaviour, tags will be added on customers when they trigger the rules. You can use "Audience & Broadcast " page to filter the Tags, optimise traffic and achieve customer segmentation.

#### Example:

> ***When the customer visits the specific URL, the tags will be added on the customer automatically (Can view on "Audience & Broadcast" page)***
>
> *URL is: All pages*
>
> *The Tag:* new join (Jan)
>
> *Stay Time:* **5 seconds**
>
> *Visit Time: **1***** time or above**

When the customer matches the rules of the marketing campaign and is already connected with your website, tags can be added automatically as follows:

### Remarketing through third-party Messenger

After the customer visits the URL and executes the marketing campaign, remarketing messages can be sent on the third-party messenger. Please refer to the following steps:

Broadcast the remarketing messages through the third-party messenger which should be as same as the connected social commerce channel

When the customer meet the rules and have bound social commerce channels to your website, the message will be automatically sent to the customer through the third party messenger.
