# Reactivation & Do Not Disturb Setup

After you have configured your messages, you will find sections for "Reactivation Period" and "Do Not Disturb Time". These are applicable to all channels.

## Reactivation Period

The "Reactivation Period" lets you pause abandoned cart message reminders for a set number of days. Once that period elapses, the system resets. If a customer adds a new item to their cart during this pause, the message sequence will restart for them.

## Do Not Disturb Time

Use the "Do Not Disturb Time" feature when you need to define specific time periods when abandoned cart messages won't be sent. This ensures customers receive your messages at more convenient times, like avoiding them during typical bedtime hours.

## **Save or Activate Your Configuration**

Once you've finished configuring your abandoned cart messages, Reactivation Period, and Do Not Disturb Time, click "Save" to preserve your settings, or "Enable" to activate them immediately.

## **Next Steps: Performance Analysis**

In the following section, we'll explore the Performance Analysis section, providing insights into your abandoned cart message performance.
