# Facebook and LINE | Abandoned Cart Message Setup Process
**Note:** This guide covers configuring Abandoned Cart Reminders for both Facebook and LINE channels. The layout and configuration process remain consistent across both platforms.
## Setting Up the Abandoned Cart Message
1. As stated in the [Introduction](/en/features/marketing-automation/abandoned-cart-remarketing-add-on-module/abandoned-cart-remarketing-or-message-configuration.md), you will have to click the "Edit" button on the Set Up Abandoned Cart Message Section to access the configuration page.
2. You will see this layout for both LINE and Facebook:
3. To begin the set up process, turn on the toggle for the first message.
4. Set up the time to send the first message. This step controls how long customers wait after adding items before the first reminder is sent.
* Ensure to enter a time greater than 5 minutes to save your settings.

For Facebook, please ensure the time does not exceed 24 hours due to the 24-hour messaging limitation. Messages can only be received if the message sent was within the 24-hour period.

5. In the "Message Block" section, there is a pre-set Abandoned Cart Message Bot created for you in the "Bot Builder" sub-module. If you would like to edit the pre-set message, click "Edit Block" and it will lead you to the designated bot.
6. To customize your messages, you may either edit the default message or add new message blocks as displayed in the image. Remember to click "Save" once you finish configuring your message blocks.
7. Click the "Refresh" button located next to the "Edit Block" button, then select your preferred message from the "Message Block" dropdown menu.
8. If necessary, you can create a second message by repeating the instructions from step 3. Omnichat provides two message sections by default, but you can add more if needed. To add a third message, simply click "Add Message" below the existing section.
