# Abandoned Cart Remarketing | Message Configuration

Recover abandoned carts through setting up personalised messages.

## **Abandoned Cart Message: Data and Setup**

This section provides an overview of your abandoned cart message performance data and where you can set up or edit your Abandoned Cart Message.

Here is a breakdown of the available data:

* **Message:** Total number of abandoned cart message configurations you have created.
* **Status:** Whether each message configuration is currently enabled or disabled.
* **Sent:** The total number of times each abandoned cart message was sent.
* **Click-Through Rate (CTR)/No. of Clicks:** Percentage of recipients who clicked on a link within your abandoned cart message.
* **Orders:** The number of orders directly attributed to clicks from your abandoned cart messages.
* **Revenue:** Total dollar amount of revenue generated from orders linked to abandoned cart message clicks.
* **Conversion Rate:** Percentage of message recipients who clicked on a link and ultimately completed an order.

To begin the Abandoned Cart Message set-up process, click on the "**Edit**" button located to the right of this section. You can also switch to this tab by clicking on the section after configuring your Binding Pop-Up Message:

Upon configuring this section, you can send automated messages to prompt your customers about forgotten items left in their carts.
