1. Log in to your LINE official account : https://manager.line.biz.

2. Copy the text in the red box as highlighted in the image below. This is the LINE ID of your LINE official account.

Abandoned Cart Remarketing for LINE Channel: Binding Process

Customers who haven't completed the social channel binding process will see a pop-up message on the product page of your website. This pop-up offers a convenient way to bind their LINE account for abandoned cart reminders:

1. QR Code & 6-Digit Number: The pop-up displays a QR code and a 6-digit number

2. Scan the QR Code: Your customer can scan the QR code using their smartphone's camera app. This will automatically open the LINE app and navigate them to your LINE Official Account chat room.

3. Automatic Paste & Send: The 6-digit number will be automatically pasted into the message input box. Your customer simply needs to send it to complete the binding process.
