## **Find Your LINE Official Account ID**

1. Log in to your LINE official account : [https://manager.line.biz](https://manager.line.biz/).
2. Copy the text in the red box as highlighted in the image below. This is the **LINE ID** of your LINE official account.

## Abandoned Cart Remarketing for LINE Channel: Binding Process

Customers who haven't completed the social channel binding process will see a pop-up message on the product page of your website. This pop-up offers a convenient way to bind their LINE account for abandoned cart reminders:

1. **QR Code & 6-Digit Number:** The pop-up displays a QR code and a 6-digit number
2. **Scan the QR Code:** Your customer can scan the QR code using their smartphone's camera app. This will automatically open the LINE app and navigate them to your LINE Official Account chat room.
3. **Automatic Paste & Send:** The 6-digit number will be automatically pasted into the message input box. Your customer simply needs to send it to complete the binding process.
