A: Please confirm whether the LOGIN channel is connected to the LINE official account through the backend of LINE Developer, **also the Channel status should change from "Developing" to&#x20;**<mark style="color:red;">**"Published"**</mark>

#### Q: What's happened if I paused the published game?

A: The game cannot be opened then. Also, if you pause and publish the game again, all records will be deleted and cannot be restored

#### Q: I have not scratched off the Scratch-off tickets, after jumping out of the screen and enter again, the play counts will be reduced by 1 time (or cannot play again), why?

A: The play counts of "Scratch-Off tickets" are based on the clicks of the "Unlock" button, so when you click the "Unlock" button, you will lose 1 chance to play the game

#### Q: I clicked the game link and then change the number of play counts in the "Draft" status. Will my number of play counts change, if I re-click the game link?

A: The calculation of play counts is according to the first time you click on the link. So, when you reopen the link, the number will be the same as the original setting, and the change will only apply to the customers who have never clicked the link before

#### Q: If I test the Interactive Games through LINE Marketing, how can I cancel the expansion function?

A: You can go to "Channels" -> "**Social Channels**" ->Click "<mark style="color:red;">**Disconnect**</mark>", then the LINE official account and the Omnichat Interactive Games will be disconnected.

{% hint style="danger" %}
If you disconnect the integration, it cannot be restored manually. Please contact Omnichat customer service if you want to reconnect the Interactive Games.

#### Q: Can I delete the preset game from the Interactive Games?

A: The game can be deleted in the "Draft" status, but cannot be deleted in the "In Progress" and "Stopped" status

#### Q: If I edited the built game, will the original URL link and QR code be changed?

A: As long as the LIFF ID and triggered LINE official account have not been changed, the original game's URL link and QR code will not be changed

#### Q: Is it possible if I want to increase the number of prizes after the game is published?

A: Sure, when your number of prizes is changed through "Prize quantities", the remaining number of prizes from "Report -> Prize status" will be "The adjusted new quantities" deduct the "Won prizes"\
\
Example: For Prize A, you set it as 10 originally, and the remaining number of prizes became 5 after the participants played and won the game. If you change the total number of Prize A to 20, the remaining number of prizes will become 15.

#### Q：If I set the win probability for Prize 1 to 100% and the lose probability to 0%, do I still need to configure a lose message since all participants should win?

A：Yes. Even if the winning percentage is set to **100%**, a lose message <mark style="color:red;">must still be configured</mark>. When the number of winners exceeds the total prize quantity, any additional winners will not receive the prize and will instead be shown the lose message.
