# Customer Survey Report (Add-On Module)
Want to review the result of the Customer Survey? Here is the data report!
First, from the top of the page, you can see the following data:
1. Select rating reports of all channels or the specific channel
2. Select the time period
3. Negative rating: 1-2 star; Positive rating: 3-5 star
#### Distribution of Satisfaction
1. "Search" by the teammate to review their performance
2\. If you want the detailed information, click "Download" button to export the data
3\. Scroll down to see the customers' rating record.
Click the action button to go directly to the conversation feature
