# Product Referral Link

In this section, we will learn how to upload our product via the Product Feed feature.

1. From your main menu, navigate to "Settings"

2. Click "Product Feed"

3. Click "＋Upload Product Feed"

4. Select the option that fits you best. If you do have a list of products, but do not have an e-commerce website, choose "upload file manually". If you do have an e-commerce website, select "Product Feed Link".

**Note:** You will have to maintain your product feed consistently if you upload your product files manually.

5. If you have selected to upload your product via the product feed link, select your site from the dropdown on the EC Platform field. Then, input the product feed link in the Product Feed Link field.\
   \
   If you need assistance on how to locate your product feed, click on "How to get product feed link" on the right side of the window.

6. Click "Upload" after you have completed filling the necessary fields.

7. Click 'OK' when a pop-up appears notifying you that the product feed link may take approximately 3-5 minutes to complete uploading.

8. After completing the product feed upload process, go to Conversation 2.0 to test sending the product feed to your contact.

9. Select your contact, and in the message input panel, select the button that has a trolley icon on it.<br>

10. Select the item which you would like to show the contact.

12. Click "Send"

13. Your contact will receive the item with a link that leads to your website.
