# Mass WhatsApp Template - App Version

To use Mass WhatsApp Template from the Omnichat App, follow the steps below:

1. Sign in to your account. You must possess either a Salesperson or Sales Manager access to be able to use this feature.
2. Then, go to your "Mine" inbox.\

3. 4. Once a pop-up appears, click on the "Mass Message Template" icon.
5. Your contact list will become selectable. Select the contacts to whom you'd like to send messages en masse to, and click "next".\

6. You will be led to a page showing the list of Message Templates you have. Select the most relevant template for your contacts.\

7. Once you have selected your preferred template, begin to edit its content by clicking on the "edit" button on the right.\

8. Begin to edit the content as necessary. Once done, click "Done". Repeat the process with the next placeholders in your template.\

9. Once you have completed the whole process, the "Send" button on the top right of the page will be active. Click "Send".\

10. The same confirmation message on the Web version will also appear in the App version.\
