# Mass WhatsApp Message - Web Version

## Mass Message - Web Version

1. From the Main Menu of your account, head to Conversation 2.0 and go to "My Cases -> Progress".
2. Within the case list, locate the 'Bulk Actions' menu (represented by a hamburger icon). Select 'Mass Message' from the available options.<br>

3. Once you have clicked on "Mass WhatsApp Template", the layout will be selectable. Proceed to select your contacts.<br>

4. Once you have selected your contacts, the view of your selected contact list will be shown in a section on your right. Proceed to select the message template you'd like to use to send to your contacts by clicking on the dropdown option where it states "Please select a Message template".
5. A pop-up window will appear showcasing your available Message Templates. Select one, and click "Edit Content" at the bottom right of the screen.

6. Fill in the content as necessary for the template, and click "Apply" once you are done.

7. Click "Send" once you have applied your changes.

8. A notification stating that the Message Template is being sent successfully, and that all messages will be sent to a recipient one after another. Click Confirm to complete the process!
