Facebook Link Trigger(m.me Link)

The link can let customers open the fan page message and also trigger the specific chatbot's block. Customers can direct to Facebook Messenger through the external links which can also be used for offline events.

According to the official documentation provided by Facebook, you can set up a dedicated link for m.me using the following format: http://m.me/PAGE-NAME In this format, "PAGE-NAME" refers to the code that comes after your Facebook Fan Page's URL.

For example, in the image provided, the PAGE-NAME for that Fan Page is "Timomnitest". Alternatively, you can navigate to the settings of your Fan Page and click on "General Page Settings" to view the information in the "Username" field, which also displays the PAGE-NAME.

Step 2: Copy the ID of the targeted chatbot block

Find out the block you want to trigger, and copy the code after "block-id="

Formula: "m.me link" + "?ref=" + the code after "block-id="

EX:m.me/104912268608540?ref=8fa77a91-a570-4e97-b800-6eb2c633db04
