System Default Block

System Default Blocks are accessible when setting a block reply in a card for a button action.

These are preset blocks that automatically sync customer data with Omnichat system and other platforms through API.

Here's an example of setting a System Default Block in a Text Card:

There are 4 types of System Default Blocks:

1. Subscribe & Unsubscribe

• When customers click the Unsubscribe button, their subscription status changes from "Subscribed" to "Unsubscribed" in the Omnichat system.

• This stops the customers from receiving broadcasts, remarketing, and abandoned cart messages.

• Likewise, clicking the Subscribe button updates customers' subscription status to "Subscribed".

• Above subscription status applies to Facebook, Instagram, LINE, and WhatsApp.

If you are using SHOPLINE or CYBERBIZ, your Omnichat console will automatically sync membership data through API. Customers can check their membership status and information.

Before setting up the default blocks, follow the tutorials below to set up the membership card. Once the membership card setup is complete, you can proceed with setting up the default blocks in your chatbot.
