# Reports

The "Reports" section within Broadcast Details provides a comprehensive breakdown of various metrics, offering a deep dive into your broadcast's effectiveness. Let's explore these key performance indicators (KPIs) to understand how your message resonated with your audience:

1. **Revenue/Number of orders/ROAS:**
 * This is only reported if you have Pixel installed on your webpage.
2. **Success Rate:**
 * **Metric:** This metric reveals the percentage of messages successfully delivered to your target audience.
 * **Calculation:** Success Rate = (Count of Successful Audience Members) / (Total Audience Size)
3. **Open Rate (LINE Platform Only):**
 * **Metric:** This metric indicates the percentage of recipients who opened or viewed your message.
 * **Calculation:** Open Rate = (Unique Open Count) / (Count of Successfully Received Messages)

{% hint style="warning" %}
**Important Note:** Open Rate is only calculated for specific message types within the platform (e.g., text messages with buttons, image carousels, coupon cards). Additionally, limitations might apply depending on your selected channels.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="info" %}
**Tracking Open Rates for LINE Imagemap Messages in broadcast (Two Special Cases)**:

If you send a LINE impagemap message that includes either an "**Action Defined as Video Message**" or a "**Background Image Displayed with a Transparent Background,**" the tracked open rate will appear **higher** than the actual number of opens.

* System Logic: When a impagemap message created in the Omnichat backend needs to support "Videos" or "Images with a transparent background," the Omnichat system will send the message using the LINE `imagemap` message type. For all other scenarios, it is sent as a `flex message`.
* LINE's Native Behavior: By default, when a user is connected to Wi-Fi, LINE will **automatically pre-download** the video/image for `imagemap` messages. This triggers and sends an "open" webhook back to Omnichat, which artificially inflates the reported push open rate.
 {% endhint %}

3. **Click-Through Rate (CTR):**
 * **Metric:** This metric measures the percentage of recipients who clicked on any buttons you included within your message content.
 * **Calculation:** CTR = (Number of Button Link Clicks) / (Count of Successfully Received Messages)

{% hint style="warning" %}
**Important Note:** For a single broadcast, regardless of the number of messages or buttons, the click count is calculated only once. Clicks on links within the message text itself are not typically counted towards CTR.
{% endhint %}

4. **Read Rate:**
 * **Metric:** This metric indicates the number of messages marked as "read" by recipients, divided by the number of successfully delivered messages.

{% hint style="warning" %}
This calculation only applies IF your contacts have pre-set to receive read receipts
{% endhint %}

5. **12/24/48 Hours - Response Rate:**
 * **Metric:** This metric measures the percentage of recipients who responded to your broadcast message within 12, 24, or 48 hours of receiving it.
 * **Calculation:** Response Rate = (Number of Recipients Who Responded Within X Hours) / (Count of Successfully Received Messages)
6. **Unsubscribe and Block Rate:**
 * **Metric:** This metric calculates the percentage of recipients who unsubscribed from your messages or blocked your number within 24 hours of receiving the broadcast.
 * **Calculation:** Unsubscribe/Block Rate = (Number of Unsubscribed/Blocked Recipients) / (Count of Successfully Received Messages)

By analyzing these metrics within the "Reports" section, you gain valuable insights into how well your message reached your target audience, how engaging it was, and whether it prompted any desired actions or responses.
