**Audience List Breakdown:**

This section dissects the audience lists you used for your broadcast, providing insights into how each segment interacted with your message. Let's explore the key details presented:

* **Audience Name:**
  * This identifies the specific audience list you used for the broadcast. You might have created different segments based on demographics, interests, or other criteria.
* **Delivery Time:**
  * This indicates the time at which the message was delivered to recipients within this particular audience list.
* **Status:**
  * This section provides valuable insights into the delivery and engagement status of your message for each recipient:
* **Delivered:**
  * This indicates that the message was successfully sent to the recipient's inbox.
* **Responded:**
  * This metric shows the percentage of recipients who took an action within your message (e.g., replied, clicked a link) within a specific timeframe (within 48 hours). **This might not be available for all broadcast types.**
* **Unsubscribed and Block Rate:**
  * This metric reveals the percentage of recipients who unsubscribed from your messages or blocked your number within 24 hours of receiving the broadcast.
  * Unsubscribed/Blocked refers to contacts who choose to unsubscribe or block within 24 hours after receiving a broadcast message.
* **Remarks:**
  * This section might include any additional notes or details relevant to the specific audience list or its interaction with the broadcast.

**Filter and Export Options:**

The platform allows you to filter these lists based on recipient status , which can help you focus on specific audience segments for further analysis. Additionally, you will also be able to export these lists for more in-depth analysis in external tools.
