# Content

The "Content" tab within Broadcast Details sheds light on the message you delivered to your audience. Here's a breakdown of what you will find:

**Message Preview:**

This section offers a snapshot of the actual content your recipients saw when they received your broadcast. This serves as a reference to refresh your memory on the specific message you sent.

**Important Note:** Previewing WhatsApp message templates is currently only supported for broadcasts created **after December 13, 2023.**

**Broadcast Content Breakdown:**

The "Content" section delves deeper into the specific type of message you used for your broadcast:

* **Chatbot:** If you have used a chatbot for your broadcast, you will see the following details:
  * **Chatbot Used:** This identifies the specific chatbot you added in your setup.
  * **Chatbot Block Name:** This specifies the particular message block within the chatbot that was used for the broadcast.
  * **Chatbot Link:** The link enables you to access the Chatbot block directly from this tab.
* **Message Template:** If you opted for a message template, you will see:
  * **Display Name:** This reveals the name assigned to the message template.
  * **Template Link:** The link enables you to access the Message Template directly from this tab.

If you created a custom message specifically for this broadcast, you will not be able to see any additional details under "Content" beyond the message preview itself.

**Contact Tags (if applicable):**

This section might display any tags you applied to specific contacts within your broadcast. These tags can help categorize or segment your audience for more targeted messaging in the future.

**Understanding Content Details:**

By reviewing the information within the "Content" tab, you can ensure your message was delivered as intended and gain insights into the type of content that resonated with your audience. This knowledge can be valuable for crafting future broadcasts that are even more effective.
