# Broadcast Report

## **Track Your Broadcast Performance:**

Great job sending your broadcast! Now, let's see how it's performing with Omnichat's reporting features.

### **Broadcast Performance Dashboard:**

* Navigate back to the Broadcast 2.0 section within Omnichat.
* You'll see a dashboard showcasing a simple report of your recent and past broadcasts, similar to the image above.

### **Key Metrics at a Glance:**

The dashboard provides valuable insights into your broadcast's effectiveness through key metrics:

* **Success Rate:** This metric indicates the percentage of messages successfully delivered to your target audience.
* **Read/Open Rate:** This shows the percentage of recipients who opened or viewed your message.
* **Click-Through Rate (CTR):** This metric measures the percentage of recipients who clicked on any links included within your message.
* **Revenue Generated (if applicable):** This section displays the total revenue earned as a direct result of your broadcast (e.g., through promotional offers or product sales). This feature is only applicable if you have installed [Omnichat Pixel](/en/integration/tracking-pixel.md) onto your webpage.

**Broadcast Status:**

In addition to these performance metrics, the dashboard also displays the current status of your broadcast, which can be:

* **Draft:** Message is being created and not yet sent.
* **Waiting:**
* **In Progress:** Message is currently being delivered to recipients.
* **Scheduled:** Message is queued for delivery at a specific future time.
* **Finished:** Message has been delivered to all intended recipients.
* **Cancelled:** Message delivery was halted before completion.
* **Failed:** There was an error during message delivery.

The "Actions" column, represented by three dots (... ), provides you with options to manage your past broadcasts:

* **Review Broadcast Details:** Gain a deeper understanding of your broadcast's performance by accessing detailed reports.
* **Edit Broadcast Subject (Optional):** If you feel the original subject line no longer accurately reflects the content of your broadcast, you can edit it here. This can be helpful for future reference or when filtering broadcasts based on subject matter.
