# Use Audience Segmentation (add-on feature)

This feature allows brands to save frequently used conditions and quickly apply them to broadcast campaigns. Please refer to Audience Segmentation (Add-on) for detailed introduction.

### Broadcast Settings Page

1. Audience: Select an audience from the dropdown menu. The latest audience package list will be refreshed each time the dropdown is clicked.

2. Communication Channel: After selecting an audience, the communication channel configured in the audience package will be automatically applied.
3. Tags: The conditions configured in the audience will also be automatically applied. At this stage, the communication channel and audience conditions cannot be edited.
4. Apply to Custom Conditions: The above option will switch to “Custom Conditions,” allowing brands to modify other conditions based on the audience settings without affecting the original audience package configuration.
5. Edit Audience: Redirect to the Audience Management / Audience Package edit page.
6. Refresh Audience Count: Click to update the following:
   * Audience conditions
   * Number of contacts matching the conditions
   * Audience list
7. View List: Preview the audience list.

If the broadcast status is “<mark style="color:$danger;">**Scheduled**</mark>” and you need to modify the audience, please note that the system will retrieve the latest audience data <mark style="color:$danger;">**15 minutes before the actual broadcast time**</mark>. To ensure data is properly synchronized, please make sure **all edits to the audience are completed at least 15 minutes before the scheduled send time**.
