  • Last Promotional Message from Team: This includes shopping cart remarketing messages and broadcasts.

  • Last Interaction from Team: This refers to the time that a customer service representative last interacted with the customer one-on-one.

  • If you have selected a time-based criteria, hovering on the time selection after will show you further information regarding the time period this selection affects.

  2. Proceed to add the subject of your broadcast. Please note that the subject is only seen by the platform users and not your contacts.

  3. Select your broadcast delivery time. You can choose to send "now" (default selection), or schedule your broadcast. You will have to select the date and time of your broadcast if so.

  4. (Optional) To further segment your contacts, you may add tags on your contacts.

  5. Now, it's time to personalize your message content for your chosen channel.

  6. If you selected WhatsApp as your preferred channel, you need to choose a Message Template for the broadcast. Your available Templates will appear as shown below:

  7. If you have selected Facebook Messenger as your preferred channel, you will have to select the "Message Tag" type prior to curating your message content. Please ensure that the content adheres to the selected Message Tag category.

  8. Then, curate your broadcast content by creating a custom message or a corresponding Chatbot Block.

  9. If you choose LINE as your preferred channel, your broadcast quota will be shown based on your LINE Official Account plan. Proceed to set up your broadcast accordingly.

  10. Once you have completed setting everything up, you may send a Test Message to see how it looks like from the contact's perspective.

  1. Once you're happy with your message, click "Broadcast" to send it. All set!
