# Feature Name Changes in Omnichat

Dear Omnichat User,

To help align our system with industry standards and make automated messaging workflows clearer, we are updating the names of several key features across the platform.

Please note that all core functionalities, saved settings, automated rules, and historical data remain completely unchanged. Only the display names are being updated to improve overall clarity.
